By using SnakeSnap you agree to the following terms. 

1. Service Description: SnakeSnap provides snake identification and educational information based on user-submitted photos. 

2. Educational Use Only: All information provided is for educational purposes only and identification results are not guaranteed to be accurate. 

3. Safety Disclaimer: Users should always keep a safe distance from wildlife and never rely solely on the app for safety decisions. 

4. Limitation of Liability: SnakeSnap is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from use of the app, reliance on identification results, or interaction with wildlife. 

5. Accounts: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account information. 

6. Subscriptions: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled and are managed through Apple or Google account settings and follow app store billing policies. 

7. Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse. 

8. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
