Identification Questions

All identification results and conversations with our expert identification team are delivered directly inside your SnakeSnap account through the messages section. You'll also receive a push notification when your identification is complete (if notifications are enabled).

Subscription & Billing

Subscription purchases, renewals, cancellations, and payment methods are managed directly through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.

Apple: Open Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions

Android: Open Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscription
